Partnership to Keep Our Community Safe

Hayward Area Memorial Hospital & Water’s Edge and Sawyer County Outdoor Projects & Education (SCOPE) have once again partnered to promote bike safety. The organizations provided complimentary bike helmets to children ages one to 15 at the Town of Hayward Bike Rodeo on Saturday, June 1, 2019. Staff from HAMHWE were on hand to fit kids with the helmets. From left to right: Representing HAMHWE, Heather Sheehan, from SCOPE, Chris Wunrow, Town of Hayward Police Chief Malcolm Haag and Cherie Morgan of HAMHWE.

SCOPE paid the admission fee for the Hayward Kindergarten classes to spend a day at Wilderness Walk in Hayward, WI.

Part of our mission statement is "no kid left inside", that's why we were excited to partner up with CAMBA and contribute to their Hospital Trail project to help improve our community. We think this trail will get a lot of use!

SCOPE is proud to help the Exeland Rod and Gun Club with the purchase of fishing poles for their 4th Grade Fishing Expo held in Exeland!
